INTRODUCING JOY & LULU TIRA
Advancing Indigenous Missions is very pleased to present Dr. Sadiri Joy Tira
as Vice President of Diaspora Missions. Dr.
Tira is joined by Lulu, his wife, as full time
missionaries with Advancing Indigenous
Missions.
Affectionately known as ‘PJ’ or Pastor
Joy, here is a man with a reputation as an
incredible networker. His considerable
tenure as pastor, educator, denominational
spokesperson for Filipino church plants
in Canada and international missionary
statesman are striking.
As PJ works with AIM he will wear five hats.
As a Senior Associate with the Lausanne
Movement; he will oversee the process of
training and deploying one million Filipino
Kingdom workers from the Philippines
to over 120 countries of destination. As a
Leadership Development specialist; PJ and
Lulu will teach as Leadership Seminars
conducted by AIM and ministry among
Filipinos, Koreans, Nigerians, Brazilians
and other diaspora peoples. As Equippers
they will be discipling and mentoring
diaspora Kingdom Workers in numerous
countries. As a researcher and vision caster;
PJ will strengthen and initiate Missiology
tracks in master and doctoral levels. Both
Diaspora and Indigenous Missiology are
two fast expanding fields in Missiology.
Rigorous research will enable seminaries
and other institutions embrace the global
trends. Consultations will be an integral
part. As an Adjunct Professor at Alliance
Graduate School in the Philippines and
Visiting Lecturer at Ambrose University
near Calgary; Dr. Tira is tasked to research
and to publish.
Join us in thanking the Lord for another
member of our team to assist us in our
global mandate.
