Bookkeeping Assistant
The primary role of a volunteer helping with the bookkeeping work will be to take on a specific or several responsibilities in the bookkeeping and accounting department.

Areas of responsibility:
  1. Donation entries in database
  2. Preparing and Printing reports
  3. Preparing acknowledgements for supporters
  4. Assisting with Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
  1. A relationship with Jesus Christ
  2. Displays a heart for and interest in mission
  3. Trustworthy and honest
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Organized and self-motivated
  6. Basic Computer skills
General Expectations:
  1. Work as a team with other staff
  2. Adheres to AIMís Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Policy
  3. Cheerful, positive and courteous
